Can anyone explain what it means when you test postitive on the WMF Vulnerability Checker on the CastleCops sight?

Ike's right, check the link, but in a nutshell...
if you didn't install the MS patch and run the checker, it means you are vul'n to the WMF exploit of the Escape function.
