OK,... I've tried everything I could find, read dozens upon dozens of sites & still can't shake this bugger.

I'm getting that fake "Microsoft Security Center" message with the pop up stating: "Your system is unstable,... A problem has been detected and Windows has been shutdown buggy application to prevent damage to your computer"
