File name: C:\Program Files\PowerPanel\Program\PcfMgr.exe
Description: According to processlibrary.com:
pcfmgr.exe is a tray bar process for the Power Schemes Manager from Phoenix Technologies. It is used on laptops which have a Phoenix BIOS to manage the power and battery settings.
Is it needed: Yes
Is there a shortcut available: I don't think so.

I came across it in the following HJT line, in practice log 1 (upperclassmen) at GeektoGo.com
O4 - Startup: PowerPanel.lnk = C:\Program Files\PowerPanel\Program\PcfMgr.exe
