It looks like you may have missed part of the instruction from my last post. Doing the following should get rid of the entry we are concerned about. Run HijackThis again, but this time choose Do a system scan only. That is the second option from the top in the What would you like to do choices. After HijackThis completes the system scan, check the box immediately to the left of the following item(s): O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D5FFC145-6839-44BE-8C43-CD1DFA24F5E1} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\eventclsv.dll (file missing) Please be very careful, do NOT check any other boxes. Then, click on Fix checked on the bottom left side of the HijackThis screen. Hi I have check the box to the left but still the same it will not delete it? I dont know what I am doing wrong it just will not go away. BTW it did delete the https://flashpoker.ladbrokes.com/ladbrokes/FlashAX.cab one last time. Download KILLBOX, extract it to your desktop. If not available, here are some alternate links for the download:

Open killbox.exe.

Note: In the event you already have Killbox, this is a new version that I need you to download.

After saving it to your desktop.
Please double-click Killbox.exe to run it.
Select:
- Delete on Reboot
- then Click on the All Files button.
Please copy the file path(s) below to the clipboard by highlighting the entire contents of the Code box and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy):

Return to Killbox, go to the File menu, and choose Paste from Clipboard.
Click the red-and-white Delete File button. Click Yes at the Delete on Reboot prompt. Click OK at any PendingFileRenameOperations prompt (and please let me know if you receive this message!).

If your computer does not restart automatically, please restart it manually.

If you receive a message such as: "Component 'MsComCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid." when trying to run Killbox, click here to download and run missingfilesetup.exe. Then try Killbox again.

After restart, let�s try to delete the HJT entry again. I�ll repeat the instructions so you don�t have to scroll back:

Run HijackThis again, but this time choose Do a system scan only. That is the second option from the top in the What would you like to do choices. After HijackThis completes the system scan, check the box immediately to the left of the following item(s):

I am very sorry for the delay. Even after CC came back on line, I was not able to log in until today.

Let�s do a search and see if that file actually exists:

Open My Computer
Click Tools, then Folder Options, and select the View tab
Check �Show hidden files and folders�
Uncheck �Hide protected system operating files�
Click Apply, then OK
Go to MY Computer, double click C, then Windows, then the System32 folder
See if you can find the file eventclsv.dll [b]NOTE: this might be easier if you right click on any empty area in the folder, the choose Arrange Icons By Name
If the file exists, right click it and choose rename. Rename it anything, but remember what you renamed it
Go back to Tools, Folder Options, View tab and uncheck �Show hidden files and folders� and check �Hide protected system operating files�

Post a new HJT log.
