Ive done everything I could but I cant get this to disappear. Somebody help me remedy this problem. I need steps to get rid of this now.

Frankly speaking, at first I want to inform you that I am not a programmer or any geek, but I am a common man just like you. I have a simple & effective solution for you. "Format" your computer. Or go to dos mode & type this command "fdisk" & press enter. I hope this will help you lot.
