Hi, and welcome! Smile We'll help you get rid of it.

Please do the following:
Go to http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/ , and download 'Hijack This!'.
Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log somewhere, and please show us its contents.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even required, so do NOT fix anything yet.
Someone here will be happy to help you analyze the results.

You have a number of issues.
First of all, go to Add/Remove programs, and uninstall New.Net (domains), if it's listed.
If it isn't, go here for removal instructions:

http://www.newdotnet.com/#remove

Reboot when you're done.

Now, in Hijack This, check the following items, and press "Fix Checked":

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {1E1B2879-88FF-11D2-8D96-D7ACAC95951F} - C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMONNAME\TOOLBAR\CNBARIE.DLL (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {2E12B523-3D4C-4FAC-9B04-0376A8F5E879} - C:\WINDOWS\WINDOWSIE.DLL

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [FileFreedom_Plugin] C:\PROGRAM FILES\FILEFREEDOM\wtm.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [EanthologyApp] C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\EACCEL~1\EANTHO~1.EXE /b
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LoadQM] loadqm.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Online Service] C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SystemNetwork] "C:\windows\system\NETSERV.EXE" kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting kernel32.dll,LoadUserSetting

O16 - DPF: {CFCB7308-782F-11D4-BE27-000102598CE4} (NPX Control) - http://nprotect1.gravity.co.kr/nprotect/npx.cab

Reboot, and delete the following files:

C:\windows\system\NETSERV.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\svchost.exe

Another tip: upgrade to IE 6.0 SP1.
Next, go to the Windows Update site, and download and install ALL security patches on offer, especially the Cumulative updates for IE and OE, and the Java/VM update.
That will fix innumerable bugs, update a large number of important system files, and plug many security holes.
