HJT entry as follows:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Internet Optimizer] "C:\Program Files\Internet Optimizer\optimize.exe"

Descibed on the Startup list here as "Internet connection optimizer. Leave this enabled if you find it improves your connection"

Yet Symantec classify this is adware here.
