If you do a search in the startup list CastleCops Link/StartupList.html for spoolsv you'll notice there are a number of entries. We aren't able to help you without more information. Please post a hijackthis in the hijackthis forum and a 1st Responder or Security Expert will assist you as quickly as they can.
