Avguard.exe is listed as "Added by the W32.NETSKY.G WORM!" but its part of Antivirus program www.free-av.com

That's entirely correct, as long as it's Display Name in Msconfig/Startup is "Special Firewall Service": CastleCops Link/s3441-avguard_exe.html

There are unfortunately an enormous amount of "baddies" trying to disguise themselves as legitimate files...

Not this particular one, as I just explained....

AV Personal certainly sports a process bearing the same name, but this executable is implemented as a service, and will therefore not be found among your startup programs. Hence it doesn't qualify for inclusion into the List.

Didnt notice that part about services. The file i have is listed:
O23 - Service: AntiVir Service (AntiVirService) - H+BEDV Datentechnik GmbH - C:\Program Files\AVPersonal\AVGUARD.EXE

and its not in the startup files. So i suppose its ok.
