I was hit with the $9.55 charge on June 1st, my birthday of all things. MBNA is doing a one time courtesy credit, however if it happens again, then it'll have to be a merchant dispute. CSR rep said it wasn't a "wide spread" problem, or else there would be more public attention around it. I disagree! Anyone have suggestions on how we get the word out?!
