How to uninstall hotfix

I've installed the official MS patch, and would like to uninstall the hotfix.

It seems I've read different things in this forum... Should I use Windows Add/Remove (and if so, what is the file listed as)? Or should I navigate to the uninstall file and dbl-clk it? (And if so, can you please tell again what the file name is and where it is to be found.)

(I have WinXP Pro, SP2; will be logged in as Admin. for this)

Check the add/remove first, if its there remove it and you're done.
