IMPORTANT

If your log was posted more than 5 days ago, please post a link to your log in this thread. Do not post your entire log, we will not respond to it. Do not post links to logs which are less then 5 days old, they will be removed. Please post a link and the date your original log was posted.

There are a number of people who go through this particular forum looking for unanswered logs, in order to try to ensure you get the help you need. You may be requested by either a CC Staff member or a Premium member to post a link to your log here. The person making that request may or may not mark the title of your thread indicating a length of time the thread has been unanswered.

Please be aware the logs may not be responded to in the order the links are posted. How quickly you get answered depends on what is wrong with your system, and the level of training the person helping you has. Please be patient, we know you want your system back, some things are easier to handle then others are.

To help speed up your process, we recommend that you follow our
Malware Removal and Prevention procedure, a new system we have devised to enable users to either partially, or fully clean their systems without the direct aid of an expert. Should you still require HJT assistance after completing malware removal, this step will eliminate the need for you to repeat these scans during your log analysis.
We can see from your log if you really have done this full procedure.
