There are still a vast number of programs listed with "??" under the recommendations column because their function isn't known.
Can I therefore ask all users, whether new or old, to check if you have any of these items and can provide any insight?. Even if you don't know what they are and if they're needed:
(1) try disabling them and see if it causes any problems
(2) locate the *.exe (or alternative) in "My Computer". Right-click on it and select Properties -> Version from the options. There is often a "Description" and some details about who wrote it.
Hopefully there will be fewer and fewer occurrences of "??"
