This file is likely to be hidden, even with the appropriate folder settings in place to show hidden files. If not possible by means of an anti-spyware/virus/trojan program, removal is recommended via [KillBox].

If you know the file is there but cannot establish its correct filename, use [DLL Compare] to search System32 for EXE files. It will expose it.
