Hello - I'm a new user and this is my first post (I have read the FAQ's). I have Spyware/adware issues on my PC.

I have run Spybot Ad-aware and SpySweeper but I still get my settings changed each time I open IE and I get op-up ads saying my PC is infected or that my inbox is full - (They are clearly ads)

I am just running through your Hijacked artical as you suggest at the top of your site and I have run HijackThis. I have looked through the BHO's it identified and have found them all on the known list and they are all known except hndd.dll is this a spyware programme or is it windows file?
