i have a suspicious hijackthis entry..

it is as follows:
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{472EF269-DEA2-493B-B0AB-2E9DB4740E2E}: NameServer = 64.136.173.5 64.136.164.77

it is supposedly a doman hijack, but every time i fix it with hijackthis it comes back later >.<

any ideas?

edit - also, when i fix it.. soon after that my internet stops working, and i have to reset it.
i JUST started getting this when i went to dialup.. could it be the remote computer's IP? im at dialup when at my dad's house
