1. No Double Posting
Due to the huge amount of people posting on these forums, please post in one forum only for a specific issue. Posting repeatedly is only a waste of time and energy. The duplicates will be removed, and your post will not be answered any faster.
2. No PMing the Staff
Do not PM the staff unless you are expressly asked to contact them in that way.
For any of the following you may use the blue card  located in the top right corner of each post. You will be prompted for a message. It is the fastest way to notify staff of a problem post
* someone is being abusive/harassing
* someone is posting material not suitable for the site
* someone is SPAMMING
* someone is threatening you either openly or via PM
* you see a post including but not limited to the above, which is in violation of our AUP
The ONLY exception to the PMing rule is if someone is threatening or harassing via PM, because there is no blue card system in place.

3. Do not abuse the Blue Cards
Do not use the Blue Card system to bring attention to your hijackthis log or any other request for help. It will NOT make your question be answered more quickly. It may in fact result in your post being deleted, moved, locked or otherwise disabled.
4. Be clear in your posts
Please do not use shorthand and/or computereez when posting. With the number of threads we read each day, it becomes mind numbing. If a post is too difficult to read it will not be read. Please copy and paste your hijackthis logs directly into your post. It makes answering easier.
5. Be Patient
We estimate there are around 300 - 600 new hijackthis logs posted here everyday. Please understand that our staff are VOLUNTEERS! They are here because they want to help folks like you, NOT because they have to be. They will help you as soon as they can.
6. Staff ONLY help in Hijackthis
If you are not a staff member here, DO NOT help with the hijackthis logs. If you feel that you have enough knowledge to be able to effectively read the logs without causing any damage, or you would like to have some training and volunteer your time as a 1st Responder, then please contact a Moderator or Admin
